OUR IDENTITY
Building an evidence-based drug platform from a natural molecule
TFA is developing an Antcin A-based drug candidate as a potential alternative to corticosteroids. The company combines HPF (Hyphal Pairing & Fusion), cultivation processes, formulation development and third-party research, with companion animal health as its initial focus.
Develop the next generation of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicines based on scientific evidence.
Translate natural compounds into new medicines for companion animals and pursue additional anti-inflammatory indications.
Cooperation and licensing framework
Under the publicly filed June 2026 agreement, TFA holds exclusive worldwide rights to develop, commercialize and license the Antcin A platform; ownership of the platform assets remains with the rights holder named in the agreement.

Independent scientific foundation
An independent research team published peer-reviewed work on GR-related activity for Antcin A; TFA did not sponsor or conduct the study.
Incorporation and annual audits
The company was incorporated in the Cayman Islands and has had its financial statements audited annually by a PCAOB-registered accounting firm since 2020.
U.S. public-market entry
The company entered the U.S. public market and has continued to file periodic reports with the SEC as required.
OTCQB quotation
The company's ordinary shares moved to the OTCQB Venture Market and are quoted under the symbol RAJAF.
Veterinary development
The company reported completion of early production-related and canine PK work and notified Taiwan's Ministry of Agriculture of the progress; the complete application package remains to be submitted for formal review.
