Cooperation and licensing framework
Under a publicly filed cooperation agreement entered into in June 2026, TFA received exclusive worldwide development, commercialization and licensing rights for the Antcin A platform. Legal ownership of the platform assets remains with the platform rights holder identified in that agreement.

Independent scientific foundation
An independent research team published peer-reviewed work on GR-related activity for Antcin A; TFA did not sponsor or conduct the study.
Incorporation and annual audits
The Company was incorporated in the Cayman Islands and has completed annual financial-statement audits under PCAOB standards by a PCAOB-registered accounting firm since its year of incorporation.
U.S. public-market entry
The Company entered the U.S. public market and has continued to file periodic reports with the SEC as required.
OTCQB quotation
The Company's ordinary shares moved to the OTCQB Venture Market and are quoted under the symbol RAJAF.
Veterinary development
The Company announced an early production and pharmacokinetic milestone; complete reports, test-article definition and batch bridging remain necessary.
